The two companies have collaborated to create a new high security RFID reader series: Spider.
According to LEGIC, the reader can be seamlessly integrated into any device to provide instant access.
The new solution is capable of supporting over 180 LF and HF wireless technologies including NFC and Bluetooth Low Energy.
RFID reader series features innovative technology
inepro’s Spider RFID reader series is now integrated with LEGIC 6000 series Security Modules.
These modules come in a compact size (8 x 8 mm) and feature built-in secure element technology, encrypted interfaces, contactless communications and low power consumption.
These security modules enable easy design of security-critical applications.
The Spider range provides a cost-efficient and easy-to-add security solution that the companies consider to be the future of authentication.
The new RFID reader series is compatible with any device that requires users to authenticate themselves.
Users have the flexibility to use a smartcard or RFID tag to authenticate themselves or use a mobile phone app.
