    I velcroed this to the bottom of my RC plane and took it out to a field, this is the shortest video I have but it gives a good indication of the quality. Definitely not HD, but good enough for less than $10 shipped. The video bounces a bit but there were six buzzards circling with me so I decided to dogfight them a little, the camera was pointed at a 30 degree angle so you don’t see many of the buzzards.

    The durability of the camera is why I am reviewing it. After realizing it was a bit too much for my smaller plane, I noticed it had come loose at some point. two days of heavy rain later and I find it in my yard, pop the case open, give it 12 hours to dry out and it comes right on, I check the video and see how I lost it, it is behind me while I checked the plane, and as I see that it’s gone, I step back to look around and step right on it, driving it into the grass further. But it is back in service and I have no complaints.

    I am happy to report that this cam is well made and works great. I was also impressed that it cost so little. It is well worth the money and could definitely come in handy. The instructions are horrible, but the functions are not hard to figure out. You will need to have a micro-sd card before it will work; otherwise, you can just use it as a web cam until you get a card. Works great as a web cam as well I must say.

    Mine arrived exactly as pictured, with a USB cable.
    You’ll need to pick up a microSD card, and you’re already on Amazon!

    Specs:
    720×480 AVI video format
    1280×1024 still image
    280mha 3.7v internal USB rechargeable battery.

    Instructions:
    Hold the bottom button down until the yellow light comes on.
    Hold the top button until it flashes 3 times.

    BadaBing! You’re now taking a video.
    Press the bottom button to power off when done.

    Will be sticking this on RC cars, helicopters, ooo- ‘The CatCam!’

    Have yet to find a way to turn off the date/time stamp.
    Deleting the contents of the TAG.TXT file or deleting the file itself won’t do it.
